Well, groups here on deviantART are for people who share a common interest to come together and participate in the interest related activities and conversations. If you're going by one definition of pointless which is something occurring that achieves virtually nothing, all dA groups are pointless.
This is just a fan club for hair-appreciators, as other groups are for _-appreciators. I understand where you're coming from, but it seems kinda pointless to criticize something you have no interest in/know nothing about. .3.
